[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — did not waive off the rescheduling charges. | |
A request was raised before 72 hours of flight departure to reschedule the flight tickets. As per the govt norms there should not be any reschedule charges for flight tickets due to corona outbreak but i was bluffed by the tpa easemytrip saying that they would call back in 24 hours to confirm my rescheduled tickets but they never called back and later when i called them they completely denied to waive off any charges Was this information helpful? | |
