EaseMyTrip.com — easemytrip denying payment | |||
I booked a holiday package from easemytrip.com. They gave me a plan and asked for advanced payment for 60% of the sum. They gave me their account details for the same. I paid the amount and received the invoice from easemytrip.com. For one month, they said that everything is as per plan, but later they denied that they ever received any such payment. I sent them the invoice and other email communications, but they still deny. I don't know what to do. Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||
