[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — extreme poor communication and refund issue

On sunday, 17 feb 2019 i booked ticket for my visit to jaipur from mumbai with jet airways through the easemytrip.com website and i paid the full fare of rs. 10974.00. Now when i called the customer care of easemytrip on 18th march as i was unable to trace the pnr, to our shock the jet airways has cancelled the flight without stating any reason without alternate flight arrangements, a full refund has been requested. As i lost 1 complete month, the new fare is almost double as i paid rs. 20646.00 because all the other arrangements has been already made for this travel and i cant cancel at the last moment. I have attached 3 files for your reference and review.
May i request your help in getting the refund of excess amount paid back asap.

We would like to inform you that your flight was cancelled from the airline's end because of some operational reason. We would also like to inform you that we do update your email and contact in case of any prior information from the airlines so the airlines can directly share the information with the customer itself. However, your full refund has been processed from our end and you must have got the same on your source account. Please let us know if we can further assist you on the same.
