My flight for may 14th was cancelled by the airlines due to covid19. So i requested for full refund as per the airline policy. But easemytrip cancelled my request for full refund. Please find attached the refund policy of airline posted on easemytrip. My booking id is emt70285575. My flight day is approaching soon, so i kindly request to look into this asap.
