[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — flight cancelled refund not issued | |
We booked a ticket from mct to delhi with pnr ymyn5. Flight got cancelled and we asked for the full refund. It was more than 2 months and till now we didn't get the refund. When we try to contact airindia directly they are telling emt sales team has to contact airindia india sales team as you booked your ticket through emt. Emt is not taking action regarding this.
