[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — FRAUD HARASSMENT CHEAT by EASEMYTRIP
Dear Sir/Maam, With great regret this is to inform you through this mail that due to a shameful and un- expected act caused by your company or any of your agent which resulted in great inconvenience and harassment to me and my family members. After booking tickets from your agency on 25th November, 2014 and upon receipt of the confirmation with Booking Id. BET[protected] provided to me via e-mail in my mail id. My itinerary being round trip flight from Bangalore -Guwahati via EASEMYTRIP.com. Please see attached ticket copy. Please note that, the aforesaid booking was made two months prior to travel dates. The return journey was scheduled on 13th FEB 2015 from GAU-BLR via Indigo 6E 458 Airline. But to our shock during the luggage check in the Indigo counter staff informed us that the PNR which we hold corresponds to the journey date of 23rd FEB 2015 and not 13th FEB 2015. Even after several requests the INDIGO staff refused to accommodate us in the aforesaid flight or any other flight. On the other hand they communicated with the agents of EASEMYTRIP regarding the issue and finally broke into a tussle between both the parties. Moreover, I requested the agent of EASEMYTRIP to arrange me an alternate flight as I am travelling with my old aged and ailing parents but they refused to do so. On the other hand they insisted me to purchase fresh tickets from my pocket which they will refund in my account later on.The agent also refused to mail me her suggestions when I asked for the same. Being a middle class traveler it is not possible on my part to purchase air tickets which are sky rising price any time. As a result I had to choose my return journey by train and had to hault in a guest house in Guwahati. This is to state that due to such an un-warranted action on the part of your agent, I along with my old parents had to suffer great inconvenience the whole day with travel issue which was never expected. As of now we have asked for compensation for the trouble caused by still no reply. Please help us getting justice. Regards Savitha KM
