[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — money got deducted from my account but no confirmation of ticket

I booked tickets for flight from bom to bhopal and during online payment it showed payment successful and sum of 6800 got deducted and the page got lost same happened with my train ticket from bina to panvel and sum of 1899 for the train got deducted and no ticket confirmation.
