[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — My refund is not given | |
I booked my ticket through easemytrip.com with airline PNR as MNPBCR. I had cancelled my ticket before the scheduled date of the flight departure as I was told by one of the Jet Airways customer care executive that I will get the full refund while cancelling the ticket as the timings of the flight had been rescheduled. But till now ease my trip has not given me the same. Its going to be around 3 months now. Please help!! Was this information helpful? | |
