[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — no booking of train ticket after deduction of money from debit sbi card | |
Today morning i. E.9/11/2019, i had booked two tickets for senior citizens to go to durg, chattisgarh from varanasi, up in sarnath express train in ac first class. Perhaps the tickets were not booked and so, not received by me but money is deducted from my sbi master card/debit card. I am trying to know about the position if the tickets are not booked then i have to book it again but no one is responding me since then even phone calls are not attended by anybody., It is very bad for company and no one may have trust on such company in future if the issue is not settled by today itself. I want to know clearly about the position of my ticket booking and if i have to book it again, i need my money back for it. Was this information helpful? | |
