October 5 /2018, Good morning sir, I have purchased ticket on 3.10.2018 journey from mumbai to bangalore Now i want change my date of journey how it is possible and i searched there is no reschedule button on this ease my trip my bookings screen, and its not a user friendly software, i tried many times but unable to find, and ease my trip should do easy process to reschedule or cancellation process and cancellation fees and rescheduling fees should not more yhan 500 rupees, hope concerned people should do something on this complaint Thanking you team, please do the needful sir Was this information helpful? On 12.10.2018 we have booked a flight ticket for S M K Kumar through online EaseMyTrip for travel fromChennai (MAA) to Madurai (IXM) in the 07:55PM trips (through Air India) the booking no is EMT52528499. Due to inevitable circumstances we could not travel in the flight. Please arrange to refund the eligible amount to us.
