[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — not received ticket number even after 5 reminder calls to customer care

I booked a ticket from minneapolis to san francisco on 19th may 2018. Traveler name naveen kishan manshani. Date of travel 16 june 2018.

I have called the customer care 5 times. Last time i called the customer care executive was ritika and before that it was hamzaa.

It’s been almost two weeks but i have still not received the ticket number.

Updated by naveen2909 I have received a cancellation email from the customer care giving a shocking reason (details provided in attached document).

Look at the ethics of the company, they have changed the booking date in the cancellation email to show that there has been no delay from them. I have also attached the email in which they had sent confirmation on 19th May 2018.

Updated by naveen2909 Because of their delay and eventually cancellation, I have to pay INR 10, 000 EXTRA to book a fresh ticket. However, there customer care says they can give coupon code which will help save ‘upto 5000/-‘ depending on fare of my ticket.
