[Resolved]  EaseMyTrip.com — payment not received

Hi.I have booked a ticket from mumbai to rajahmundry on 21 march 2020.The flight was cancelled by airlines. It has been 20+ days since the flight got cancelled but i didnot receive refund amount.
I have got a cancellation request confirmation from easemytrip. There is a guideline saying that it would give the refund in terms. but did not even receive partial refund.
The company should alteast pay partially initially and then later refund completely.
Booking Id is EMT72218107
Look into the issue and resolve the issue ASAP
