[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — refund after cancellation | |||
Respected concerned authority, I had booked a trip on 25 January 2020 from Raipur to Thiruvananthapuram via Bangalore ( Booking ID: EMT66994930, Airline PNR : OJLYPW). Due to some unavoidable circumstances I had to cancel the ticket and I rescheduled my trip. Its been almost a month that I have not received my refund (4855 (cost of ticket)- 3000 (cancellation charge) - 250( EMT convenience fee) = 1605 /-). Its a clear case of your negligence even after huge deduction as cancellation charge. How can I opt your platform for my future trips and how can I suggest to your site to my friends and relatives if you are showing this kind of irresponsibility. I hope this matter will get attention immediately and my problem will be resolved at the earliest. I am eagerly waiting for my resolution at the earliest.
