[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — refund against cancellation not credited

I booked two tickets of Indigo in Nov 2017 which Icancelled on 8th Jan 2018. As per the answer to my email of enquiry to Indigo, Indigo had refunded the amount to the account of Easy Trip Planners, the travel agency I used to book the ticket. But Easy Trip Planners have not credited the money yet to the credit card I used at the time of booking. So if they will not give me the refund I will be compelled to go to the consumer forum as the money belong to an all India insurance employee fedaration NFIFWI.
