Hi, i recently had an option to upgrade my air india flight#ai669 from mumbai to bhubaneswar on february 18, 2019 for myself (Pushpa bajaj) and my husband (Purushottam bajaj) for rs2218/person, thus total amount 4436. My pnr id for the trip was y2864
In the circumstances that the seats were not upgraded, the air india website by ease my trip stated that the full amount of rs 4436 will be credited back to the account which was used for booking within 3-5 business days. As i have still not received that amount, i am wondering when can i expect that amount to be refunded?
