[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — refund for credit card debited twice.

Help me to resolve the issue as detailed bellow.

For tkt of prachi paresh shah
Pnr - ghefev
From kolkata to guwahati date 12 nov 2017
For the above ticket me credit card was debited twice. The authorization codes provided by the indusind bank (Credit card issueing bank) are as under.
[protected] amounting rs 3895/- dated. 11/11/2017
[protected] amounting rs. 3895/- dated 11/11/2017.

Please note that the above ticket was cancelled and for that my credit card is credited by rs 3395/-
But till date i have not received the reversal of one of the double debit wide authorization codes as mentioned above.
You are requested to refund the amount
Of rs.3895/-
Your prompt action in the matter will be highly appreciated.

My ticket jammu to srinagar on 17 February 2018 wants to cancel as i have to stay here for more days and my ticket should be cancelled, can u help me please. My pnr no. EMT35382081 and also intimate me whether the same amount will be refunded or not if so please refund so that i can make booking of next day. If not please intimate how to cancel.
