I have call customer services regarding a date change one of the member told me to send email. [protected]@easemytrip.com (Ticket no[protected]
& told me when u send email u will get reply 15/20 mint. I haven't got any reply til 3 hours
And also customer services member name is ankur. Very rud to talk with customer

Sericley this is very rubbesh customer services from easemytrip.com again after 3 hours i call & ask member what's happen my enuiry again another guys akshy told me half hours from our back ends team send u email so funny 😃 how cheap with customer
