[Resolved]  EaseMyTrip.com — rejected booking 1 month ago, still no refund

I am very upset and worried. I made a booking 14/3/2020 for a flight from cochin to hong kong.

I initially got an email saying my booking was pending, but finally i got another email stating 'rejected booking'.

I was not contacted about getting a refund and none of my whatsapp messages or calls are being answered.

The booking was for 3 people, over rs.60, 000.

As checked with your Booking ID your refund has been auto reversed to your same mode of payment on 14th April and it mainly takes 5-7 bank working days to reflect.
