I have booked a ticket from aizawl to gauhati for 26th december 2019. But due to the situation of assam, my work was postponed and i have to reschedule my flight so i request a reschedule and waited but receive no response for a week. My flight was not rescheduled and i again requested the same today. I kindly request customer service to ensure the matter promptly. Was this information helpful? | |

We booked a train ticket from easemytrip, money was debited from the account but I didn’t receive any ticket confirmation or anything.
