[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — webpage has misled me and caused me 9000 loss | |||
Hi team, I booked my tickets on easemytrip with booking id emt32949811 and today i was forced by indogo to cancel my kids ticket and made me purchase new tickets costing 9000rs and said my kid was more than 2 years at time of travel and not infant. When i booked on your site it asked me if my kid was below 2 years and i selected yes as he was 1 year 9 months old when booked ticket and your site did not mention if it should be at time of travel or at time of booking which was misleading from your side and led to 9k unnecessary expense and mental stress. Why did the site not give any info on infants that they should be 2 years at time of travel and why don't they have dob selection field instead of 0-2 years selection.
