I am a regular traveller who books ticket through easemy trip most of the times.Its one the worst experience I have had from customer care of easemytrip. I called the customer care no: [protected] on 01.07.2018. I got the information that the flight of Go-Air will depart from international airport. But it was actually from domestic airport. How can the executives provide wrong information to customers..Dont you value our time, money, energy?? Luckily I reached airport at the peak time and the team allowed to check in.. If I would have missed my flight who would be responsible for that?? Was this information helpful? | |||||
