Easy Cab — Poor Services and not fulfilling the commitment

I booked an easy cab for Mumbai airport on 4th Feb 2014 for 4:30 AM, February 6, 2014. The booking was confirmed (Booking Ref No - A[protected] and easy cab executive told me that they'll send me a SMS regarding driver's details by 4:00 AM. I was quite relaxed and got ready by 4:00 AM but i did not get any SMS from easy cabs till then. Then at 4:15 AM, i called to Easycab Executive and then they told that they are checking and will revert in 5 minutes after 10 minutes also i did not received any call from them. After that again i called them and then also they told that they are checking after 5 minutes i got the following SMS from easy cabs: "Due to unavailability of cabs in your area we cannot send a cab. We are sorry for the inconvenience." After that i again called them and after a long discussion they told that they can not do anything. I was totally shocked and was not having any idea of what to do and how to reach airport. I was having 1 bag and 1 laptop bag with me. I picked up all the luggage and had to almost run for 1-1/2 KM to get an Cab. I felt myself lucky that i got the Cab and could catch the flight otherwise easy cabs had made it sure that i'll miss the flight. This was a horrible experience. Today (on 22nd April 2014) i was booking a cab for 23rd April 2014 at 04:30 AM for Mumbai Airport. At the same time i discussed with them that about this Easycab SMS services that "Easycab now guarantee our services, or your next ride upto Rs.500/- is on us". When i discussed with them about this, they told me that they can not give the discount as this service has been closed. How Eascycab can say this? This is ridiculous. So after that i cancel my booking and made a thumb rule that in future i will not book Easycab and wil tell to my relatives and friends for not to use Eascycab services.
