Easy Cabs — Charging above the services & callous attitude of driver | |||
We hired a cab on 7th march 2015 from OFFICERS MESS, MEG CENTRE, Bangalore to BANGLORE AIRPORT.The vehicle no. Was 04D0381 .They charged us the fare of AC CAB but when we sat inside the cab we found that the AC was not working .When we asked the chauffeur to turn it on properly, instead of listening to us he argued and said nobody complained about the air conditioner of the car. He said its working.For a few moments I even felt suffocated as he did not allow to open the glass initially. Finally I opened it. I had a word with mr.SATISH( one of the customer care employee of easy cabs) who said ma'am you will get 5% discount for non functioning of AC.I want to know why they kept charging us the fare of an AC cab even after knowing that it was not working. Secondly the driver instead of talking directly to easy cab person he called up the owner of the car and asked me to talk to him.later on I understood the whole thing.The owner asked me to pay the full amount and requested me to get the discount next time.I want to know why the owner of the cab was called up? I could not Understand because whenever we asked something the driver always replied no English no Hindi madam.I am upset over the service and the attitude of the person involved and secondly their coercive Attitude of getting the full amount paid even after knowing the whole situation.
