Easy Cabs — Worst experience with easy cabs

Hi, I made the booking for 7:20 from LB shastri nagar to Malleswaram Bangalore. At last moment, no cabs are provided by Easy cabs. They don’t have decency of calling and atleast inform me. When I call at 7:05, then they are telling it is not possible and wait for 1 hour more. This booking for going for my wife for giving exam and due to this, if my wife paper got missed, then it is responsibility of easy cabs. This is one of worst experience with easy cabs.
