Being easy day club member i ordered groceries on whatsapp and was assured of delivery the same day, after an hour no response from store neither i received order next day i visited store, the manager misbehaved in front of customers by saying he don't have time to hear this and said no assurance was given for delivery whereas i have a conversation with store executive regarding order. This has happened second time as after first instance i requested to cancel my card for club membership but that was not done.. This is the worst service ever... Was this information helpful? |
