Easy Day — same amount deducted two times

On 29th dec-18 i purchased an amount of inr 477.00 from easy day -3517, scheme-2, alwar.
I produce my debit card for payment, the person at counter swipe the card and said due to network issue the transaction is cancelled. So you have choose another mode of payment.
Then i used paytm to make payment of inr 477.00

After few minutes i received sms from my bank that the same amount is deducted again.

I rush to complaint. The store manager mr. Dhawal said, you wait for one/two days. The same amount will revert back to your a/c.

After two days i keep following him every day and he replay "i already mailed."

Almost 9 good days are passed, still i did not receive my cash back.

Pls do the needful.
