[Resolved] eBay — Account issue : showing error "buyer requirement "

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Already send two email for same concern and last email sent you on dated[protected] but didn't get any revert from your end and so many times contacted to customer support number and today also contact to customer support and they said we are forwarding your request to our supervisor.

My issue related to account, Actually New Buyers unable to purchase anything from my listed products from last 8-10 days.

Whenever Buyers tried to click on "Buy it Now" Option then they are getting error of "Buyer Requirements" which is not updated in my seller account. Problem is facing "ONLY NEW BUYERS" who has 0 Feedback in their account.

So, I humble request to you please look into this matter very seriously and solve this issue ASAP without any delay. It is totally affecting my business and you are not helping in this regards.

If you don't have access so please forward the issue to higher authority becasue I already contacted and sent an emails but not getting any response. Whole listed product are showing error.
