[Resolved] eBay — Bbcompanybrh - defective item sent to me on two occassions and no refund or replacement done | |||
Hello this is dr rajkumar from chennai. I bought a samsung 30, 000 mah on 1 / 7 / 2015 from the seller nisrin dhuliawala bbcompanybrh on ebay for rs 1900. The item sent was a defective item, so i sent the item back to nisrin dhuliawala with my courier charges at rs 260. She took 10 days even after receiving the defective item. I was suspicious and after several calls and messages, she sent an item. The product she sent the second time was also defective. When contacted the person saying that i will send the defective item back to them, the seller nisrin dhuliawala said that she will look into it and give me a replacement. But after receiving the item she says she can't refund or send a replacement. When i told i paid total of rs 2420 for the purchase and courier charges, she uses bad language, doesnt pick my calls or messages. I dont have any item with me, even the defective item.
