[Resolved] eBay — damaged product delivered | |||||
I have ordered a one plus 3t mobile phone, but when i received the product, the product was damaged, and when i asked for refund and return. They rejected my request saying that the " the mobile phone is refurbished and not eligible for return. But term refurbished was not mentioned in the product name.
