Ebay.in — KYC verification is incomplete still now

With reference to the subject cited above I, a seller on eBay completed all the registration and uploaded the required documents. But still, my KYC verification is incomplete. It is mentioned as it takes 2-3 days to complete KYC verification, but it is already 20+ days, but no response from the team. I, therefore, hope that you will kindly evaluate this. And please kindly inform me as soon as you evaluated.
