[Resolved] eBay India — No refund - Item was lost in transit
Hi I had purchased a samsung mobile from ebay.in on 27th November 2013. The seller had shipped the mobile on 30th November using Bluedart courier. When till 5th December i didn't received my courier, i contacted the courier company who informed that it was lost in transit. Now as per Ebay Guarantee i am suppose to get full refund since the product was never delivered to me. I have contacted the Ebay customer care 8 times but every time they tell me that they don't have update on the same. There website clearly tells the shipment has been misplaced but they are not ready to process the claim. Paisapay Id : [protected] Claim Id : 352261 Also i am attaching the screenshot as a proof. Please help me guys i have bought this mobile from hard earned money.

The issue has been resolved. Thanks a lot comsumercomplaint.in. I had to wait for whole month. But know i am re-leaved.
