[Resolved] eBay India — No refund - Item was lost in transit

Hi I had purchased a samsung mobile from ebay.in on 27th November 2013. The seller had shipped the mobile on 30th November using Bluedart courier. When till 5th December i didn't received my courier, i contacted the courier company who informed that it was lost in transit. Now as per Ebay Guarantee i am suppose to get full refund since the product was never delivered to me. I have contacted the Ebay customer care 8 times but every time they tell me that they don't have update on the same. There website clearly tells the shipment has been misplaced but they are not ready to process the claim. Paisapay Id : [protected] Claim Id : 352261 Also i am attaching the screenshot as a proof. Please help me guys i have bought this mobile from hard earned money.

The issue has been resolved. Thanks a lot comsumercomplaint.in. I had to wait for whole month. But know i am re-leaved.

Haha... it has been more than a month since i made this transaction and ever since i have been hearing the same lie " we'll get back to you".

Ebay India has lost its reputation and i have lost my trust in ebay. I have been transacting for years on ebay. But i guess my nightmare has

become true... from now on i will stay away from ebay and will buy only from Flipkart...

Dear Jalaj, We would like to inform you that we have checked with our team and have come to know that your item as been lost in transit. Therefore we have approved your refund, and it will be processed within 48 - 72 hrs. Please note that it takes at least 3-4 working days if the bank is a non-nationalized bank and 15 working days if the bank is a nationalized bank for the amount to reflect in your account.
In case if you haven't received it we would request you to send us your bank statement from the date of transaction till date on paisapaydocs@ebay.com. Our team will co-ordinate with the bank regarding the same and update you via email. Thank you.
I have received the mail from Ebay stating claim has been processed. I will wait till the money is refunded by in my account.

Fake Samsung Memory Card

The memory Card which i have purchased from the seller is totally fake & The product is Samsung 32GB memory Card. I have done the payment through online. All the products on Ebay.in are fake also i have ordered for Samsung headphones even they are fake (please do the need full)

Requested order are not recieved
