[Resolved] eBay — refund amount not transfer in my account

Dear sir,
I have ordered a tremer on ebay on date 12/01/2018. Nd amount paid by debit card rs.360/-. Nd i have cancelled this ordered on 13/01/2018 because i have ordered wrong item . Ebay seller refunded initiate on 14/01/2018. The amount receive waiting time given me by ebay 6 - 7 days . But my amount not transfer in my bank account yet .i have call many more tim to ebay customer care but problem doesn't solve.
