I have purchase a Dell laptop from ebay but laptop is not working properly and i have raised a claim 1157018 on 11 Aug'15. As per ebAY POLICY maxium 5 days is for solution but still i am not received any reply or call from ebay and i am trying continue for customer care nimber but they are not taking my call. I want solutions immediatly please help me.
