Ebay.com — Refund of Amount not made | |||
My paisa pay id which is regisrtered on ebay is [protected]. I have purchased a new dell laptop from ebay company onlie by making payment after 10 days i have received the delivery i start the laptop for working i found there is some mistake in the system and because of this the laptop is not working properly. i contact to ebay about this problem after 5 days of complain they arrange the talk with the supplier which was registered on ebay after lot of discussion the ebay tell me that kindly return the goods and for that ebay will arrange the reverse pickup but after 3 days they told me that it is not possible for them to arrange the reverse pickup and i have to return the goods on my own and for that they will reimburse me the courier charges which will be paid by me. after dispatching the material i have to upload the proof of dispatch of laptop. which i have uploaded on 28th august. but after attcahing the proof of dispatch they asked me the new thing that kindly upload the proof of delivery. Further inspite of all the things i have upload all the things and also mail all the things on the mail id i.e. [protected]@ebay.com which is instructed by ebay to me. and i have also attached a screen shot of online tracking status available on courier agency in which it is cleary shown that item is already delivered on 29th August 2015. i have contacted many times n request them to kindly refund my amount but they always provide me the timelines i.e. wait for 72 hours or 48 hours or 24 hours day by day instead of providing me the refund.
