Dear sir/madam,
I had ordered online a "7 inch 2 din touch screen car mp5 player blue tooth stereo fm radio usb/tf aux in f8g9" item no[protected] from ebay.in on 27th july 2019, by paying $28.98 (Rs.2087.50). Till now i haven't received the item. Few days back on the website message portal it was showing as shipped status. Now it has been removed. Now they are telling that as three moths have been over they can't process or refund the amount. Their mail id ([protected]@ebay.com) is seems to be fake "address not found"

Kindly help me in getting refund and oblige.

I have received a mail from [protected]@gmail.com, but the person(Tripathi) asked my contact number through mail, I replied him with contact number. Today, he called and forcefully collected my debit card details and try to fool me by debiting through bank, failed to succeed. Regarding which i am lodging a complaint to CCB police against him. please take action on eBay. and get my refund.
