Dear sir, This is to inform you that I took part in the Azaadi Rocks Contest 2014 held in August 2014. On August 5 2014 I purhased an item (item id :[protected] and the paisapay ID of that purchase is [protected]. That I was declared as one of the winner of the azadi rocks contest 2014 for that day and I won Rs.5000 coupon.The link of the facebook page image in which I was declared winner is as follows (I am also attaching a screen shot of that page for your ready reference) https://www.facebook.com/ebaydotin/photos/pb.[protected].-[protected].[protected...⇄ But till now I didn't receive the coupon which was supposed to be given after 15th September 2014. I tried to write/call to customer service several times but they could not solve my problem. In place of solving my problem they only ask for more time. I also wrote emails to [protected]@ebay.in, [protected]@ebay.com but that also didn't worked. Please see the matter on a serious note and take necessary steps to issue the voucher/coupon in my favour as early as possible.Any other information in this regard can be asked at any time.
