I had purchased a digital camera from ebay.In with paisapay id: [protected] on 14/4/2014, model:dmc-s1gc-k, s/l:wh1da001303. But, they did not provide customer invoice and warranty paper, also that camera was a used one. I raised complaint at ebay.In, but instead of resolution they rejected my claim. From panasonic service i have to know that this product is a gray market product.In this wasy i have been cheated by ebay.In. I have done many communication with ebay, but they are not ready to provide support. This is a 420 cheating company, if my problem not resolved, i will file criminal case against ebay.In

dear ebay, already many times, I had contacted your customer care, but, my complaint not been resolved. Even erlier I sent mails to your customer care from my personal email id, but, no solution comes so far. On various times your customer care given commitment to resolve within stipulated time, but never fulfilled. You have deliberately deleted the mails of seller, where seller admitted his faults, also you deleted my mails in your own ebay system, so that you can refuse my claim. But, I had recorded everything in my personal mail id and I am preparing a 420 cheating against you. I hope you will resolve or refund before this.
Still waiting to hear from EBAY.in, they have commented above as they will communicate with me to resolve the issue, but, till now they have not communicated to me, extremely pathetic experience, No one should purchase from this site, they are selling gray market product to its customers and cheating its own customers.
The Ebay customer care on their above comment on 7th june, mentioned that I can inquire on the email id - ebayindia.[protected]@gmail.com to know my status of this complaint. So, on yesterday.8th June, I mailed to ebayindia.[protected]@gmail.com to know the current status of the above complaint, but ebay is least bothered even to response my mail. This the most hopeless customer care attitude of Ebay.in. This is a complete fraud company selling the gray market product to its customers making them fool.
I have got a reply from ebayindia.[protected]@gmail.com on 9thjune'16 at my mail id after repeatedly escalating the issue here at https://www.consumercomplaints.in in which EBAY mentions that they are working on this issue. It is surprising still they are working on the issue. EBAY.in team is completely reluctant towards customer's satisfaction. It is extremely irritating. Today it is five days when I raised the issue at https://www.consumercomplaints.in but still EBAY people says they are working on this !! Horrible experience with EBAY.in NO-ONE SHOULD BUY A PRODUCT FROM EBAY.IN, THIS CO. IS SELLING GRAY MARKET PRODUCT TO CUSTOMERS. THIS IS THE FACT.
Today, on 13/06/2016, I have emailed to EBAY.in at ebayindia.[protected]@gmail.com asking to know the status of the complaint, but they just replied that issue had been escalated and every time they replied same, but no resolution comes since 2014. It is extremely irritating now.

Today is 16th of June, it is already 11days since I raised the complaint at https://www.consumercomplaints.in but there is no reply or resolution has given by EBAY.in . So, as EBAY.in company has no customer care attitude, this company should be placed in black listed category or in the list of worst customer care attitude co. by https://www.consumercomplaints.in site, so that public will think before purchasing from EBAY.in, as this is a fraud co.
There is no feedback or reply from EBAY.in so far. This TOTAL HOPELESS CO. has no customer care attitude at all.
