[Resolved] Ebay.in — Cheating and worst service

Bought hardisc from ebay but its not working, seller said to go near by manufacturer even seller sent unworking hardisc then why should i want to go service center same day of hardisc delivery.. Ebay claim also reject and ebay helping frauds.

Updated by lvvivek44 On 04/01/2016 went to Seagate service they are said it is OEM hardisc so it won't comes under manufacturer warranty. So later I was search in seagate warrany terms in seagate official page link added below, seller and eBay cheating us and what is use of eBay claim investigation without proper investigation? For support scam and frauds seller said its under manufacturer warranty and received product in in working condition so eBay scam us?
