Hi All, My name is karteek and mob [protected] i have brought ipod nano and it was received in news paper package and it looks like second hand quality and when i try to return back they where telling me to contact seller directly but they where not interested to return back the money and customer car guy who i called showed an unethical behaviour and not even interested to lisen my voice and disconnected the call and claims department of ebay in it was 2 worst and not even informing me with msg or updating the status in portal and worst service i have never seen in my life So please dont buy products in ebay Was this information helpful? | |||||

Could you please provide ETA on this problem
Its al most 5 days but till now i did not even get ETA on the above problem.

Thank you for sharing your concern. We regret to know that the product you've purchased has stopped working.
We at eBay provide 30 days of purchase protection i.e. eBay Guarantee*.
But as per eBay policies products with Manufacturer warranty are excluded from eBay Guarantee* coverage as you can visit nearest Authorised service center of the Brand and get the issue resolved. So we would request you to visit the nearest service centre and get the issue resolved.
However, if the item that you received was dead on arrival or fake you may provide a DOA / Declaration letter from the authorized service centre to [protected]@ebay.com within 48 hours stating the same. If you fail to provide the requested document within the stipulated time we would have to go ahead and close this case from our end.
