Ebay.in — Disfunctional Headphone

I ordered a wireless headphone from eBay on 9 May 2016. But the Wireless and volume increase button wasn't working so I raised a claim there. They said the resolution day for this issue will be 13 May 2016(written in app). But now when I'm asking them to give me a resolution on that issue, they are telling me to wait for another 20 days. Please help me so that I can get a resolution from them asap.
