[Resolved] Ebay.in — ebay guarantee claim 3583197 | |
I have received a damaged and defective product from the seller and ebay refuses to accept it back and issue a refund. Ebay’s return policy supports lying and fraudulent sellers on their platform. Something needs to be done about this and looked into. I paid ₹4500 for my product and i cannot use it as it is defective. I can’t sit and do nothing for having lost so much of my hard earned money.
