Ebay.in — ebay selling issue

My id is highheelconfidential and my kyc is complete and i have been not able to list anything on ebay as it shows following message
-To maintain a safe trading environment, eBay places limits on the number of categories sellers can list. Currently, you do not have required permission to sell in this category. If you wish to sell in this category, please create a business plan and write to [protected]@ebay.com
I hv sent the business plan 2weeks back and sent several emails to [protected]@ebay.com but they haven’t replied to any of my emails...please help me with this issue and any sort of way i cn get in touch with indian ebay team and be assigned a new account manager as my previous account manager left ebay 6months back...please help me in removing this restriction on my a/c
