[Resolved] Ebay.in — got damaged product and unable to claim it by ebay for the same

I've purchased Dell Server Which costs Rs. 40, 000/- on Jan 8th 2018. However upon opening the product I came to know that the product is damaged inside and immediately raised a claim request (claim 3382765) with ebay for the same. However there is no proper response from ebay. There's no direct number to contact ebay claim team. The customer care is very worst they always says that please wait for 48hrs. You'll get the call. They are not even bother about customer queries. Simply disconnecting the call without any concerns. Disgusting service. It been close to 20 days. No update. Please help on this further. Ebay is not customer friendly as well. Only we need to wait til they call, We can't call them we can mail but they wont reply to it. Sent all the photos but still they are not responding back.

Buying_realoaded eBay Online Seller - EBAY seller Buying Reloaded sold a damaged / defective Sony Playstation 3 damaged/defective product, abused me on the phone and denied a refund.
