I have purchase one iphone through online from ebay which is billed by their supply partner tech point banglore, the copy of invoice is being attached with this complaint.

Sir i have created user-id as [protected]@icould.com and a password phone worked there was a problem and i was suggested by apple customer-care to rest the phone when i did that iphone got locked and it is asking for its icloud password which is created by its 1st user and it should be available with tech-point, i approached iphone also they are advising tech-point & ebay to provide the copy of invoice on which this phone was purchased from apple and they are not providing the same, sir please help me out their contact details are
