[Resolved] Ebay.in — iphone 6s / product was defective

I have purchased iphone 6s and i have returned the product what i have got and now the seller is saying that i have sent the different product. And i have gave the every proof that ebay wants. And from 3-4 days the ebay executive is saying that "today it will be solved and you'll get a call from your side"
Please help me. Its i big issue. Now seller has changed his name so that no-one can trace the claim and that seller will be successful in his fraud.
