[Resolved]  Ebay.in — Item not received and ebay not refunding my money

Hi, It is with extreme disappointment with the service of ebay that I am raising this complaint. It is more than 24 days that I am waiting for a refund and still I am waiting to hear from ebay customer care about the refund. My money, an amount of Rs. 28, 278.00 is withheld by ebay for last one month without any genuine reason. My paisapay id is [protected]. I have not received an item that I ordered last month on 19th June, within the delivery deadline of 01-July 2014. So I initiated a refund request after confirming that I have not received the item. The item is IFB 6 kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine Senorita Aqua SX +Sealed[protected]. When a person from the shipping company contacted later after the deadline, I asked him to return the item to the seller. I contacted ebay customer support many times regarding the pending refund and each time I heard stereotype answers and they said that we will get back to you within 48 hours. Tried escalation channels also. But didnt get any help on the refund. Later on 19th July, I raised ebay guarantee claim for refund on 19th of July with ID 574814, for the same. Now it is the seventh day after raising the second claim, still no response from ebay other than an acknowledgement call. It seems like the shipping company has delivered the item to another buyer of the same seller in Delhi. One person from Delhi called me and told that he has received the item (in damaged state) with invoice in my name, and that he also ordered the same item from the same buyer. From the shipping details, it is clear that I have not received the item and initiated a return to seller. Don't know how it got changed later and was delivered to another person who bought the item from the seller. How would the shipping company get the address of another buyer of the same seller. I think the seller might have worked with shipping company for this change in delivery. Why is ebay putting me in trouble and not refunding my money, where there is no mistake from my side.
