[Resolved] Ebay.in — ms 771 a headphone which I buy from ebay....now it not charging

I buy this product last month approx.. under 600 from ebay.in, i buy a another product but they send me another product i recevied and tell about to the seller about this...i check it specification on net and i think both product are same so i didn`t return it...so i continue with same product... last three day i trying to charge with the charger but not charging it... please do some thing with this product i buy it from you give me ebay assurance this is your assurance... please give me some help i spend money on don`t make it a piece of ###...
