Hello, My registered email id on www.ebay.in is [protected]@YAHOO.CO.IN.I bought a blazer form www.ebay.in on 01-oct-2015 under the paisapay id:[protected].when it was delivered to me and when i checked it, i came to know that its large sized for me further there was no tag on the blazer to confirm that it is the same size that i ordered. i raised a complaint against this under the claim id:1320839 with the few days after receiving the product.the customer care told me to send the snapshots as proof, i did that too but still no action has been taken in my case.my case was shutdown without giving me any proper response.i tried to contact the seller but even he isn't responding.it has been two months now and still i haven't got my refund.please help me in resolving this issue.following are the details of seller:Seller Id: kalanidesigns Name: Mayank Kalani Number: [protected] email Id: mayank.[protected]@gmail.com. My complaint has still not been resolved.please look into my matter and solve it ASAP.
