I ravindra singh have purchased a redmi 41 a dual on line vide order no. [protected] on 10 jul 2017 through ebay. Now there is a problem that 4g sim signal are not getting properly. When i approached service centre here at agra, they have refused to attend saying that the mobile purchased from china hence we can not do anything. Ebay has not given any response in the matter nor their toll free no [protected] is accessible. Please help me.
