I paid for a headphone using paytm 3 times but each time it shows payment unsuccessful and money is deducted from my account each time.
Customer support are not able to clarify the issue.

I also tried to pay for other orders but the issue is still not resolved.
It already been 2 days and still didn't got the refund as they promised.
